Dr. Solomon Passy, President of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria (ACB): Hashim Thaçi is a legend; his background is a complete encyclopedia

During his official visit to Bulgaria on 18 and 19 June 2012, the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, met with the highest ranking leaders of the Bulgarian state, with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and also held a lecture at the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria (ACB).
The lecture by Prime Minister Thaçi focused on the political vision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, which on 2 July will mark the end the international supervision of its independence. He also pointed out security aspects and the contemporary vision to build good neighborly relations, to foster regional stability and to overcome interethnic hatred and to acquire Euro-Atlantic values.
The lecture was held in front of a respected academic audience, analysts and noted personalities of the Bulgarian public life.
The head of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria is Dr. Solomon Passy, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria in 2001 – 2005 and senior Bulgarian official at the UN (Presiding chair of the UN Security Council in 2002, 2003).
